Rave Reviews from the Realtor Community

There is a popular real estate group on Facebook called the Tech Support Group for Real Estate Agents. On this page, someone recently asked, “What do you use for scanning? I want it to be super convenient and fast – and I want it to seamlessly push to cloud storage. Your thoughts?”

My rave review of the Scan Snap was the first response and it wasn’t very long before other enthusiastic ScanSnap fans followed. 50 comments later, it was pretty obvious which scanner real estate agents prefer by a wide margin. With that many great reviews, it didn’t take much convincing and at least three new ScanSnap scanners were purchased. I look forward to the new reviews that will be sure to follow!

What features of the ScanSnap make real estate agents some of the company’s biggest fans? It is hard to choose just one but certainly the obvious reasons like speed and quality were mentioned, as was the ability to do duplex and legal scanning. Many real estate agents are big fans of Evernote and the seamless integration between two great products is a huge bonus. I created an Evernote for Real Estate group on Facebook and it quickly jumped to over 600 members.

My favorite review so far (because I can really relate to it) came from Tim F., a real estate agent in Jacksonville, Florida. Tim writes:

“I kept reading the rave reviews about ScanSnap but thought there was no way it could live up to all the hype. After having to scan a number of large files ‘in a hurry’ a couple of months ago and not getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as needed, I decided to take the plunge. Oh, how I wish I hadn’t waited so long! ScanSnap is IT!”

I couldn’t have said it better myself!
