On the 11th day of scanning what did I discover … cutout cookies!
You may be asking why someone would scan Christmas cookies, and it’s a valid question. Actually, you probably don’t have a need to scan Christmas cookies, but when you see how well the SV600 can handle cookies then it opens up your mind to many other ways to use the scanner creatively.
You can scan a bunch of items at once to create a collage image …
You can zoom in to a particular area of an object for a close up …
Or, of course, you can capture a single item at a time.
Are the wheels turning? Have you thought of some other items that might be fun to capture? Items you may want to consider scanning are award ribbons, plaques, scrapbook pages, 3-dimensional cards or small trinkets. You can scan them for archive purposes, preservation of memories, or simply because once you start using the device it is just kind of cool to figure out what else it can do.
So go ahead! Scan that cookie!
